Imaging for Spatial Omics

HEIDSTAR | 2024-10-24 Spatial omics multi-channel fluorescence image matched to tissue morphology

Spatial omics links molecular information, such as RNA transcripts and proteins, to its exact position in tissue. This needs high-resolution, multi-channel fluorescence images matched to tissue morphology.

HEIDSTAR fluorescence scanners and automated microscope imaging systems combine multi-channel fluorescence with brightfield, auto focus, multi-layer scanning and precision motorized stages, supporting spatial-omics and single-cell research imaging. Custom configurations are available through our OEM/ODM service.
