Circulating Tumor Cell (CTC) Fluorescence Imaging

HEIDSTAR | 2024-10-24 Circulating tumor cell imaged by multi-channel fluorescence scanning

Finding circulating tumor cells (CTCs) means locating very rare cells among many background cells, so the whole sample area has to be scanned with several fluorescence markers and reliable focus.

HEIDSTAR automated fluorescence scanners and microscope imaging systems scan the complete sample area in brightfield and multi-channel fluorescence with auto focus, controlled by HDScanner software. This gives reproducible whole-area images for liquid-biopsy and oncology research.
